Irthlingborough Town Council Offices close for Christmas from 1pm on Thursday 19th December and re-open at 9am on Thursday 2nd January 2025.

The Staff and Councillors wish everyone a Happy Christmas and Best Wishes for 2025.

Tree works are being undertaken to the Lime Trees along the Recreation Ground path to ensure the ongoing safety and health of the trees and to maintain a safe environment for residents.

The scope of the work will include crown raising trees above the path, removal of dead branches, and disposal of the above by machine.

Children from local schools will lay crosses in a Memorial Garden on Parsons Green and a short service will be held including a 2 minute silence.

On Sunday 10th November 2024 there will be a rolling road closure to allow the Annual Remembrance Parade to take place along Finedon Road between the Cross Roundabout and the War Memorial safely.
